Prices displayed on our store and payments for orders placed through the U.S. storefront are processed in United States Dollars (USD) unless another currency is specifically shown during checkout.

Where available, you may be able to complete your order using an eligible credit or debit card. Card information is submitted through the payment processing services used by our checkout rather than being manually collected by our customer service team.

When PayPal is selected, you may be directed to its payment environment to complete the transaction using the options PayPal makes available to you. Availability of account login, card payment, or guest checkout is determined by PayPal and can vary by customer or region.

How Payment Is Confirmed

After you review your order and submit payment, the selected payment provider may perform its standard authorization process. An order is not considered successfully paid simply because payment information has been entered; authorization must first be completed by the applicable payment service.

If a card is declined or authorization cannot be completed, review the billing information entered at checkout and try again if appropriate. Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may also be able to explain a declined or restricted transaction.

For your security, please do not email Vxrolnia™ your full credit card number, card security code, online banking password, or other sensitive payment credentials.

Checkout Security & Privacy

Payment information submitted through checkout is handled through the secure payment systems associated with the payment method you select. Vxrolnia™ does not ask customers to provide complete card credentials through ordinary customer service email.

Information connected with an order is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and is used as necessary to process purchases, provide customer service, manage transactions, and operate our store.

If you notice an issue with an order after payment has been submitted, contact us with your order number and a brief description of the problem. Please leave sensitive financial credentials out of your message.
